Fluent maintains relationships with a number of firms across the country to handle requests On-Site interpreting requests for existing clients outside our service area. However, we do provide “Virtual On-Site Interpreting” on a scheduled basis nationwide through the use of our Video Interpreting solution. Please contact us to discuss this new and innovative service.

Hourly rates for On-Site Interpreting services vary by language and by market. Assignments typically require a two-hour minimum commitment.

For clients new to Fluent, please call our headquarters toll free at 1.888.225.6056 to speak with an Interpreting Services Coordinator to establish an account and schedule your initial interpreting assignment. Established clients have a choice; they may use our proprietary online scheduling system or call to speak directly with an Interpreting Services Coordinator. On-Site interpreting assignments, including emergency assignments with less than one hour's notice, may be placed by telephone 24/7, 365 days per year. All assignment requests mad by telephone are answered by a live operator, any time, day or night.
